If you searched for a manure dumpster, you want stall waste gone without a pile growing behind the barn. My Horse Farm doesn't rent roll-off dumpsters. Instead we empty 96-gallon manure bins on a schedule, or bring a dump trailer, load your pile and haul it away the same visit. Here is what each costs.
Prices
| Service | Price | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| 96-gallon manure bin, bins 1–5 | $15 per bin | Per pickup, on your schedule |
| Each bin after 5 | $10 per bin | Same pickup, volume rate |
| Bin drop-off (only if you need bins from us) | $100 one time | Use your own bins: no drop-off fee and $10 off your first pickup |
| 30-yard dump-trailer load | $300 per load | Our crew loads it; hauling and disposal included |
| 40-yard dump-trailer load | $350 per load | Our crew loads it; hauling and disposal included |
Bin rates are the same for a one-time pickup or a 3, 6 or 12-month program. See the full manure removal price list or all service pricing.
Bins and trailer loads vs. a roll-off dumpster
96-gallon manure bins
For barns that muck stalls daily. Fill the bins, set them out on your pickup day and we empty them. Lidded bins keep flies and smell down between pickups, and there is no open box collecting rainwater.
30- or 40-yard dump-trailer load
For a manure pile, bunker or full barn strip-out. A 40-yard load is a full dump trailer, about the volume of a large roll-off. Our crew arrives with the trailer, loads it and takes it away. You don't need a tractor, and no container stays on your property.
Not sure how much waste your barn makes? The horse manure calculator estimates your volume and the cheaper option, or tell us how many horses you have and we will suggest one.
What goes in, and what stays out
- Yes: horse manure, used shavings or straw bedding, old hay.
- No: household trash, plastic bags, baling twine or wrap, chemicals, dead animals.
Manure goes to an approved composting site, which takes manure and bedding only, so a clean load matters.
A Village of Wellington permitted manure hauler
In Wellington, manure can't go in your Village-provided garbage container: the Village requires it to be removed by an approved livestock waste hauler. My Horse Farm holds the Village's livestock waste hauling permit and is on its published list of approved haulers and disposal locations. We also serve barns in Loxahatchee, Loxahatchee Groves, Royal Palm Beach, West Palm Beach and Palm Beach Gardens.

Frequently asked questions
Do you rent roll-off manure dumpsters?
No. We don't drop off roll-off dumpsters. We do the same job two ways: 96-gallon manure bins emptied on a schedule, or a 30-yard ($300) or 40-yard ($350) dump-trailer load that our crew loads from your pile and hauls away the same visit. Nothing sits on your property between pickups except the bins.
How much does a manure dumpster cost?
Our prices are published: $15 per 96-gallon bin for the first 5 bins and $10 for each bin after that, per pickup; $300 for a 30-yard load; $350 for a 40-yard load. Load prices include hauling and disposal at an approved site. These are the same prices our online quote form charges.
Can you put horse manure in a regular dumpster or trash cart?
Manure belongs in a dedicated manure container: manure and bedding only, no household trash. In Wellington, the Village says manure cannot go in your Village-provided garbage container and must be removed by an approved livestock waste hauler.
Are you a permitted manure hauler in Wellington?
Yes. My Horse Farm holds a Village of Wellington livestock waste hauling permit and appears on the Village's published list of approved livestock waste haulers. We are licensed and insured and have served Palm Beach County barns since 2021.
What can go in a manure bin or load?
Horse manure, used shavings or straw bedding, and old hay. Please keep out trash, plastic bags, baling twine and wrap, chemicals and dead animals: approved composting sites take manure and bedding only.
Bins or a 40-yard load: which do I need?
Bins suit barns that clean stalls daily and want waste gone on a routine. A 30- or 40-yard load suits barns with a manure pile or bunker to clear in one trip. Our manure calculator estimates your volume and the cheaper option from your horse count, bedding and pickup schedule.
How soon can you start?
We book you on the next crew day, with at least 24 hours’ notice.
